John Ross, PhD, PE - Chairman of the Board of Directors,
Co-Founder
As Viamorph's President, VP of R&D, and Founder John is responsible for
identifying and developing the technology that we need to meet our various
applications. John is also a consulting engineer at John Ross &
Associates LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. John is an expert in applied
electromagnetics and specializes in computer analysis, and design of
vehicular antennas, wideband, and re-configurable antennas. He has been
a prime mover in advancing the science and business aspects of the SSA
technology since 1998. Dr. Ross has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from
Michigan State University, and Bachelor's, and Master's Degrees in
Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University.
J. Carter Williams, Member of the Board, Managing
Director of OI Ventures
J. Carter Williams is currently President of Gridlogix, a private investor and
advisor to several early stage companies. Previously, Mr. Williams served
as a director with Boeing Ventures, where he founded The Boeing
Company's Chairman's Innovation Initiative, an internal incubator focused
on new venture growth opportunities. Prior to this position, Mr. Williams led
Boeing's technology planning process, which covers all aspects of
technology adoption at The Boeing Company. Before the Boeing and
McDonnell Douglas merger, Mr. Williams led several successful
engineering and manufacturing activities at McDonnell Douglas involving
design for manufacturing, process development, and product
development. Through his affiliation with the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology he has been involved in several other entrepreneurial activities,
including the MIT 50K competition and the founding of the MIT
Entrepreneurship Society. Mr. Williams is a past President and Founder of
the MIT Corporate Venturing Consortium, and serves on the boards of
Tsunami Research, Viamorph, and First Choice Courier.
Stanley Preschutti, Member of the Board, Co-Founder
Prior to joining Viamorph, Stan was the Director of Business Development,
at Preschutti & Associates, Inc. a custom product development firm,
specializing in electronic product design, where his responsibilities
included new business from Start-Ups, Fortune 500 companies, and DOD
contracts. Prior to joining Preschutti & Associates, Stan, was VP Marketing
for an Internet Service Provider, Tsunami Communications, which
specialized in Providing High Speed Internet via a Wireless Network.
